Louisiana Flooding

Friends, please pray for the people of southeastern Louisiana. Two months ago we walked through the very same areas that are seeing devastating flooding. We walked right along the Amite river, which (along with several other rivers) has now filled homes, churches, and businesses with huge amounts of water (more water in three days than the city of Los Angeles receives in rain in 4 years!). Specifically, we walked through St. Amant, Maurepas, Springfield, Albany, Hammond, Amite, and many other towns in this area. The people there were incredibly generous to us on our pilgrimage. Many of them were also very generous to Katrina victims 11 years ago. Now they need our help. Would you consider contributing to help them out?
